وخلصت اللجنة إلى أن الإخطارات بالإجراءات التنظيمية النهائية من جانب استراليا والجماعة الأوروبية قد استوفت المعايير الواردة في المرفق الثاني للاتفاقية. وأوصت بأن تخضع جميع تركيبات الباراثيون (باراثيون الإيثيل) (الرقم في سجل دائرة المستخلصات الكيميائية 2-38-56) للإجراء المؤقت للموافقة المسبقة عن علم كمبيد آفات.
